Improved Exercise Routine

Obviously not something that can just be "completed".

I need to create some kind of exercise routine that is healthy, but novel. Something that will keep me interested and active daily. If I have the same routine every day, it's going to cause boredom, annoyance, and I'll eventually lose interest. I do have something of a Minimum State for this already, but that is primarily lower body exercises and some cardio and I need to branch out.

If I successfully make something that works for me, I'll host it online for others to use too!
