A program or app or webpage or something, where I can include a group of audio files set by general zone in the playlist; intro, main, outro. The idea being the thing will play one intro, a random series of mains, and then the outro. for randomized playlists within certain bounds. I'd love to also be able to add an option to set the desired playlist duration and force some tracks to play or not play, play a certain number of times, etc.

MS: Probably a .html page I can run from my PC that does all this via Javascript.
